XKs Unlimited Opens Dedicated Body and Paint Shop

As part of our continual effort to gain control of the entire restoration process, XKs Unlimited is proud to announce the opening of our dedicated body and paint restoration shop. About a mile from our headquarters, the new shop gives us the square footage required for an ever-increasing work load. But the big news is that we no longer have to rely on subcontractors for paint work.

"The increased square footage is a huge plus, but the biggest benefit is that we now have complete, in-house control over all paint work," says XKs Unlimited owner/president Jason Len. "The type of laborious, painstaking work we do just doesn't fit the business model of most body shops these days. Our shop is tailored specifically toward restoration body and paint work, not insurance jobs on Toyotas. The new paint shop is the perfect complement to the mechanical, body and interior work we've done in-house for decades."

We've moved our entire fabrication department to the new facility as well, which gave us more room to tackle projects on the English wheel or any of the other fabrication tools we have available.

While our specialty has always been Jaguar, XKs Unlimited has the resources and experience to complete virtually any task on modern classic sports cars or hot rods. And, we're proud to say, that list now includes custom paint work.
